- innovation can happen anywhere and anytime
- we should except ideas even if they do not make sense as we can easily improve on them
- we should combine good ideas to come out with even better ones
2 things to improve on:
- The trainers could give more examples for things like smashing assumptions and SCAMPER.
- They could also let us do some hands-on or more group work.

- we have to be able to respect others when they are presenting their ideas. we have to listen - hear and understand.
